Had my car service through them, after the service they return my car back with a massive scratch down both driver side doors. I brought it to their attention, but they denied doing it and then said I didn't have any proof that they did it. Unfortunately they didn't fix it. Now I get my car serviced from Errol Matschoss motors and completely happy with there service.

Would rather give 0 stars, as they deserve no better from our experience, but we have to give 1 star to be able to post this review.We went there to enquire about the service record of an ex-Govt used car that we recently purchased at auction, which had been serviced at Sutton Ford Waikerie.Don't think I've ever met someone as rude, arrogant, and aggressively unhelpful as the man who came to answer our questions. He refused to provide any service information, which is not unreasonable, given that we didn't buy the car from him. However, he didn't refuse on the basis that it is not company policy, or something diplomatic like that. Rather, he abused us for not buying the car from him, and angrily told us to get the service record from the Govt. He gave us the same angry rant face-to-face that he gave us on the phone a few days previously.I'm surprised such poor customer service still exists in this day and age.Funnily enough, we had just seen a TV commercial the previous evening that boasted about the "Sutton Ford difference". If this is the Sutton Ford difference, I'll take my business elsewhere, thank you very much.By way of contrast, Chris Sinko Ford in Berri had also done a service on the vehicle, and were more than happy to give us the information we requested. If you're in the SA Riverland, I suggest you forget Sutton Ford and go to straight to Chris Sinko.
